Perfect Newborn Photo Propscaitlinhtp
There are some things that are just easy to photograph: sunsets, sleeping puppies, and babies. And it’s easy to take newborn photography from good to great – you just need a visually interesting prop.
In general, there are two types of newborn photo props: props the baby sits in or is surrounded by, and props the baby wears. You can combine both types of props into one photograph if the props are along a similar theme (for example, the baby sits in a giant bird’s nest with a crown on flowers on her head). But if the prop is really eye-catching, like a funny hat, it may be best to keep the rest of the photo simple so the prop doesn’t overwhelm the real star… your cutie pie.
Here are a few of my favorite props from Etsy!

Oatmeal Blankie 2 of 7Sometimes, all you need is an interesting background. I'm lovin' this 'oatmeal' blanket because of its colors and textures.

Crowned the Cutest 3 of 7This photo prop is fit for a prince - or a princess. The soft, stretchable yarn crown comes in both pink and blue.

Growl! 4 of 7This teddy bear hat would be adorable on any baby - but adding real teddy bears to the photo makes the image especially cute. Maybe even photograph the baby with a teddy bear from your childhood? Awww!
