BEST FOR BUDGET | Infantino Wrap and Tie Baby Carrier
Out of all the $50-and-under baby carriers we tried, this was our favorite by far. While we want to stress that baby carriers should be a good investment, spanning different ages and multiple children, this $40 carrier is highly comparable to the pricier BabyHawk (although not nearly as stylish). It’s a Mei Tai-style carrier, meaning you tie the straps instead of buckling them, but we found there are a couple of advantages to this: One, it’s much more comfortable without an oversized buckle digging into your lower back, and two, you have more flexibility to adjust the carrier so you and baby are comfortable. Yes, it takes a little longer than a simple buckle-and-go style, but if you’re into the “wrap and tie” carriers, this one from Infantino is a fantastic deal.
