Diaper Disposal Units
Living with a baby can be exhausting, joyous, messy and sweet, but it will always - always - be smelly. That is unless you find an effective way to contain the diaper stink. Considering the average parent will battle the odor for one to three years per child, it's not a fun feat. We've been there. Luckily, they make a life-saving product: the diaper disposal unit. We took several of the newest models on the market and tested each for a minimum of two weeks on both a breastfed infant and a solid food-eating toddler. Our conclusion: Nothing will completely mask the smell of heavily soiled diapers piling up for weeks on end. Period. However, there are some really fabulous products out there to help.

BEST PAIL LINER FOR CLOTH DIAPERS | Kissa’s Antibacterial Pail Liner
If you have a regular diaper or garbage pail and are looking for a good liner for your cloth diapers, Kissa’s Antibacterial Pail Liner is your best bet. We tried it in the Diaper Dekor (we told you it’s a versatile pail!) as well as a regular garbage pail and loved how snug the elastic top fit on both. Unlike other liners, you won’t have to worry about the bag falling in and it’s also large enough to put in a full-size garbage can, fitting a large amount of soiled diapers. While it isn’t completely odor proof, the liner helped control the smell better than we expected. We also love that the antibacterial design stops bacteria from spreading, which is a major concern for cloth diapering families.
