Why we love this site: A little over a year ago, the Burns family picked up stakes and set off for adventures across Southeast Asia, Australia, and Korea. With their son, Noah (5 ½ years), and daughter, Hayley (3 ½ years), in tow, they are aiming to hit North America by July 2011. With funny, frank posts about the highs (exploding volcanoes) and lows (treacherous roads, dodgy food) of travels with two kids, this family paints a clear picture of life on the road for 430+ days and counting. The blog highlights everything from budget airline traps to finding time as a couple while on the road (or at home, for that matter!) to the merits of homeschooling.
