Stephanie Baker-Thomas, mother of two young adults in Naples, Florida.
Why We Love Her:
There are some people in this world who are so talented that they seem to have multiple life callings – and Stephanie is one of those people. In addition to being a soap-making mom, she’s also a professional clinical psychologist, writer, small publisher, 3D digital artist and general craft enthusiast. Her soaps (which she started making 10 years ago), come in a wide variety of unique scents (like mango papaya, lemon verbena and blood orange patchouli) and fancy-looking swirled patterns, but they all use common skin-smoothing, high-quality oils and shea butter. Men and women alike will appreciate these little luxuries, but may have a hard time believing that soaps of such intricate design can possibly be homemade.
