Happy Pregnancy gives you a weekly journal to track your moods and other notes, along with a calendar and chart of your weight gain, and a constantly updated prediction of your delivery weight. There’s a countdown to your due date, a baby kick counter, and a contraction timer, along with forums and weekly pregnancy information. While the app’s design is not as sleek as some of the others, it is functional and easy to use, and the detailed weight tracker is one of the best I’ve seen – particularly for a free app.
