Soy can be a detriment for males more than females and Men's Fitness cites a few studies that show soy in any form, including soy milk and tofu, can decrease testosterone levels in blood and thus reduce that loving feeling.

I have a personal opinion that too much dairy is not a good thing for anyone and Allwomenstalk points out too much dairy is bad for your libido as well due to the lactic acid.
