Woman Wears Her Wedding Dress as She and Her Husband Travel the World (PHOTOS)

When it comes to a wedding dress, most of us only get a chance to wear it once. After that, it gets tucked away, sold, donated, or even trashed. But imagine if you had the opportunity to relive the magic you felt when you put on your wedding dress for the first time again and again. One woman is doing just that, and with the help of her husband creating some new memories in the process. Jennifer and her husband Jeff have taken her wedding dress across the globe and chronicled the journey.

According to the stats on their website One Dress, One Woman, One World, Jennifer has worn her dress in 148 photos shoots and it has traveled approximately 147,500 miles to over 19 countries. But why? It seems they did it for love. As noted on One Dress, One Woman, One World:

“Jennifer and her dress have traveled across the world in search of adventure, beauty, an excuse to never end her honeymoon with Jeff.”

Their love for adventure, travel, and one another has resulted in a photography project that is taking them across the globe, getting its start when the two of them exchanged wedding vows “in the most remote, uninhabited place in the world” Easter Island. The dress that was “hand carried” to the ceremony location after traveling by flight thousands of miles and later by car across an island is the same dress Jennifer is wearing in each of these photos.
