Maternity To Post Baby: My Favorite Cardigan From Pink Blush Maternity

I’ve talked about my opinions of maternity clothes on here before and although I wouldn’t normally buy a maternity specific piece just a few weeks before my due date, I loved the way this cardigan fit and I knew it would transition perfectly into my post baby wardrobe. I’m not kidding when I say that I literally wore it every single day in the last month of my pregnancy. It was flattering and I felt great wearing it. Since having my son I still find myself wearing it all the time and I guarantee it’ll be a staple in my closet for a long while.

Pink Blush has a great selection of clothes that transition perfectly from maternity to post baby, be sure to check it out!

  • Cardigan at 9 months pregnant 1 of 5

I didn't get to take a better photo while I was pregnant since he came a little earlier than expected but you can still see how the shape, pattern and fitted arms made for a flattering and slimming fit (at least as slimming as you can look at 9 months pregnant).

  • Post baby 2 of 5

All the features that I liked about this cardigan as a maternity piece are perfect for post baby too. It slims and hides the post baby squish really well.

  • Post baby outfit 3 of 5

My favorite way to wear the cardigan (both when pregnant and post baby) is with black leggings, a flowy tunic, and combat boots. It also pairs well with skinny jeans and a t-shirt!

This tribal knit cardigan is another great maternity to post baby piece, with the same slimming features as the one I'm wearing in the previous photos.

I love the versatility of this oversized lightweight knit sweater. Cozy without being too warm (hello hormones!) and it would also work as nursing cover if you're in a pinch.
