Mom Friendly Trend: Hats

As a mom of two young kids with a busy life, the hat trend could not have come at a more perfect time. On the days that my hair won’t cooperate or I have little time to do it, a hat is the answer. So I’ve dubbed it my second Mom Friendly Trend (the oversized blouse being the first).

For dirty hair days, sunny days at the park, days when you’re running late, or just days you want to rock a fun accessory that won’t rip through your earlobe if your baby pulls it, hats are your friend.

    Christine Hello Fashion

    Christine, of Hello Fashion, is a step-mom to two darling kids, and is one of my favorite style bloggers. Her outfits are so wearable, fun, and never overdone. Her gypsy hat here is a perfect pairing with a simple jeans, blouse and booties outfit. This hat is also a great transitioning piece between summer and fall.

    Cori La Vie Petite

    Cori is a mom to four beautiful babies, and is the brains and talent behind the gorgeous clothing line, Dress Corilynn. Her cloche hat is a pretty vintage-esque accessory, but modernized with a leopard band, and is a really unique and fun hat choice!

    An easy way to make an outfit sporty chic is by adding a baseball cap to an otherwise feminine outfit. Kimberly, from Penny Pincher Fashion, styles her baseball cap perfectly with a denim jacket, patterned skirt, and white sneakers. Girly with just a hint of tomboy.
