Over the next few weeks, I want to share with you a few of my favorite Mom Friendly Trends, and then give a few examples of how to wear them. There are plenty of non-mom friendly trends right now, but let’s forget about those and focus on the trendy stuff we can and should wear because it looks good and makes us feel good.
So today let’s talk about my first Mom Friendly Trend pick, The Oversized Blouse. These are one of my favorite pieces because they hide any problem areas on top, are loose to allow movement and mobility, are super comfy, and are flattering to women of all shapes and sizes. However, you want the bigger size to look intentional—not like you purchased the wrong size. So here are a few ways to wear an oversized blouse and make it look totally intentional and fabulous.
(Also, if you’re nervous about trying this trend, steal a button up from your husband’s closet to try it out before you commit!)

Boho 2 of 5
Wearing an oversized blouse untucked can sometimes be shapeless, but paired with another loose and flowy piece like a maxi skirt creates a fabulous boho chic look! Add flat sandals and a shoulder bag to complete the look!
Work Appropriate 3 of 5
Don't feel like the oversized blouse, because they are sometimes so big and flowy, can't be work appropriate. Tuck it into a structured pencil skirt and pair with some pointy heels, and you'll be look fabulous while still feeling comfy and breezy.
Casual 4 of 5
Wear your oversized blouse with jean cut-offs and booties for a cute, casual look. This one, with a tie at the waist, helps define your waist beneath all the fabric.
Date Night 5 of 5
The front tuck is my favorite way to wear oversized blouses. You get the coverage you might want in the back, but a little front tuck allows the outfit to look a little more pulled together than if the top was completely untucked. Here it's a perfect nice-casual look for date night with white jeans, wedges, and a sparkly necklace.
