Little kids love Halloween because it’s the best excuse ever to dress up and eat candy. Parents of little kids love Valentine’s Day because it’s the best excuse ever to eat candy (hello, Whitman’s Sampler!) and dress up their little kids as Cupid.

It’s not like a Cupid costume is hard to come by: Simply strip a toddler down to their diaper, stick a toy bow and arrow into their chubby little hands and voila! — you have your own little Roman god of love and affection. (Bonus points if you strap a pair of wings across their back.)
