The mall play place is for making friends
When I was at the mall with my children the other night, I started to come to a realization about the innocence of our toddlers. They really have so many lessons they can teach us as adults.
They are fearless, friendly, and have no type of prejudice at all. It is something they learn, and experience as they grow and are truly exposed to the world around them. Whether it is their parents, other kids at school or strangers they encounter as they grow.
The more I thought about it, I started to jot down a list of the lessons I think toddlers would be great at teaching to their parents, and other adults they may have in their lives. They have so many important lessons we would probably never think of ourselves!
Feel free to comment and include your own lessons!
You are NEVER too old for Grandma
The bond kids have with their Grand parents is awesome! To this day, I still am close with my Grand Mother, and I miss my Grandpa like crazy!
Rubber Ducky is ALWAYS an Option!
You heard me! Just because you are an adult now doesn't mean you can't have a rubber ducky for your bath, or bath tub accessory!
Cherish Your Siblings
Always cherish your siblings, and protect them... you never know when they may not be there anymore! Don't take advantage of the time you have!
Fire Trucks are ALWAYS toys for Boys.
No matter how old males get... fire trucks are always awesome toys. 3, or 30... they attract men like none other!
Every Day is a Good Beach Day!
There is never a bad day for the beach! If you live close enough to enjoy one in the summer, take advantage of it!
Cartoon Band aids are the Best!
You are never too old for a cartoon character band aid... EVER!
Pants are Optional
You heard me... Pants are optional! Just don't walk into Starbucks for your morning coffee without them!
Don't eat it simply because it is on your plate! Eat what makes you satisfied!
You are NEVER too Old to Let Your Hair Down
Toddlers bring out the toddler in anyone... even Grandma!
Toddlers Make Friends Anywhere!
Toddlers can make friends anywhere and with anyone! In the mall at the play area my kids have made friends with kids all ages, backgrounds, shapes, and colors. Toddlers have absolutely no bias!
