10 Spring Themed Craft Projects for Your Toddler!

By Danielle |

Grab your supplies!

Spring has officially sprung and for me that means lots of craft projects that we can actually do outside!

The weather here in Connecticut is almost a dream since we typically don’t see temperatures like this till May or June at the earliest and we have certainly been taking advantage of it. But I want to dive into some projects at home because I am really starting to get burnt out going to the park or playground every day.

Plus, I want to have the kids know school isn’t the only place they have the chance to craft!

Although I do have to admit that I totally envy these bloggers for not only putting together these awesome projects, but making them look incredible and like something any mom would want to create! I wish I had a creative bone in my body that I could actually include awesome, one-of-a-kind projects like this on my website. I think last year the extent of my crafting was painting a pumpkin with chalkboard paint. FAIL! Crafting was just not a bone I inherited from my mom.

I do hope that through small projects like these my kids will really become far more talented than I am… all around.

Ok! Enough about how crappy I am at crafts. On to the kick ass crafts by some amazing bloggers!

Spring Craft Projects for Toddlers

Edible Spring Flowers by Toddler Approved

I wish I had discovered the blog Toddler Approved sooner -- I think it is one of my new favorite websites! This is a neat project that helps your toddler not only learn their colors, but also is a little treat, if you don't mind them having candy! Since we are avoiding it at all cost this Easter we might skip it, but it is a great idea.

Danielle- Thanks for sharing our edible spring flowers. That has been a big hit (Especially with the moms who love stealing M&Ms while their kids do it). Thanks for the blog shout out. We love Toddler Times as well :)
