5 Things to Safety Entertain Your Kids in the Car

Long car trips are something most toddler parents dread. At least I know I do.

Two weeks ago my two oldest sons, and their father set off on a trip for Canada. A fourteen hour drive from our front door to their destination. Can you imagine being in the car that long with a three year old, and four year old?

Yeah, I stayed home for a reason.

Overall they had a good time, but I was sure to stock them up with safe activities for the car ride up there. I know I would get bored quickly, and knew I needed to make sure everyone stayed safe as well.

The biggest priority is safety though. Making sure the adult who is driving is not distracted by the toddlers in the car should always be #1!

I put together a list of a couple safe ways to entertain your young children during a long road trip. If you have any to include, feel free to add them below!
