April Fool? Mom Buys $6.5 Million Apartment. For Her Toddler. (No Joke.)

Spoiled child

Keep it coming

Just because you can buy anything, does it really mean you should?

That’s a question that should really be asked to a mom in China who recently paid $6.5 million for an apartment in a super-fancy New York City apartment building. For whom is the apartment in question, you ask? For the woman’s child.

According to the New York Post, the woman hopes her daughter will live in the One57 building she goes to college. Some day. Did we mention the woman’s child is currently 2 years old?

The mom speculated her daughter would either go to Columbia or NYU. Or Harvard, even though that would make a long commute from Manhattan.

Although if she can afford a $6.5 million apartment, a private jet for a daily commute shouldn’t be too big a deal.

Seriously.
