Cookie Monster Tells Kids: Share It Maybe?

By Danielle |

If you listen to the radio, you are probably completely over the song “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepsen, or all the parodies that are popping up throughout the internet.

Today Sesame Street completely refreshed the song for me with my favorite character helping to teach our toddlers about the importance of sharing with the new hit “Share it Maybe” by Cookie Monster.

This is one of the parts of parenting I absolutely love — pop culture turning into funny, kid-friendly renditions which we can also enjoy as parents.

The new Cookie Monster hit has absolutely hysterical lyrics talking about everything from Betty Crocker to Girl Scout cookies. Most of which we all love!

Check out the video for yourself, and share the lesson of sharing with your toddlers!
