If You Knew Me, You Might Like Me

Interesting Fact #253: I never wore glasses until this past December.

I write my life on the internet.  I tell stories and secrets.  I share fears and triumphs as I attempt to navigate motherhood and life.  I adore what I do – I started it as a hobby and despite working for Babble and joining a publishing network, I still love it as my hobby.  Something to wind me down at the end of the day, to spill over life and love onto pages.  I don’t share every detail – sometimes for privacy, other times because I’m writing a blog and not a novel!

Honesty time: I don’t feel connected to every blogger and I’ve been guilty of rolling my eyes on more than one occasion!  But I try to remember that if I sat down with her over a cup of coffee, we’d probably have a lot to talk about and have a wonderful time.

But I’m still a gal with other hobbies and interests outside of the internet. And if you’re reading the words I write, you might be interested to know a little bit more about the girl behind the typing. So pour a cup of coffee and pretend we found a quiet corner in a coffee shop.
