We all know life’s hard when you’re three. You’re always being told to hurry and your clothing choices aren’t always given the stamp of parental approval (what’s wrong with mixing stripes and polka dots, you’d like to know?).
Your baby brother gets all the attention and your big sister won’t let you play with her toys.
Life’s pretty much the pits.
Know what else is super hard about being three? Your dad, like, expects you to do stuff. You don’t see anyone forcing the baby to bus his own highchair, do you?
Sometimes you’ve just had enough. You stand your ground. You can’t take it any more.
Until Daddy reads you your favorite bedtime book, sings you your favorite lullaby, and pats your back till you fall asleep.
Maybe life’s not so bad after all.
