Mom Tip of the Week: Try Interval TrainingRecently I’ve been on a bit of a gym kick. Trying to be healthier and finally lose this baby weight.

I was doing pretty well for awhile and then I sort of just stalled out. The solution: interval training. Interval training is a great option for busy moms who want to optimize their workouts and get the most bang for their fitness buck.

There are a ton of options when it comes to interval training, and though I am not an expert, I wanted to share what works well for me. I’m also sharing about this cool little gadget that was sent to me that I’ve been using to help me with my intervals – the Set Starter. This little timer is so cool!
