Trail mix is a fabulous (and can be healthy) toddler snack that can provide a good mix of healthy (think dried fruits), and a wee bit of sweet (a couple of M&M’s never hurt a toddler— I said a couple).
Make a big batch, store in Ziploc baggies and now hide in the pantry for a rainy day, or until a hungry crying toddler who is demanding a snack needs some “food now.”
