Thanks to My Husband and Father

By Danielle |

With Father’s Day this weekend I started to think of all the reasons I am thankful to my own father and the amazing father of my three children.

Ever since I was a little girl my Dad was nothing but an amazing, loving, and fun Dad. I can recall so many memories from my childhood surrounding him. Sneaking out on Sunday morning before my mom woke up for donuts and a trip to the boat yard. Or family trips with fun adventures I just knew he planned.

Now that he is grandpa full time, I can see the same love and excitement of parenting all over again. The same goes for my husband.

I knew years ago when we met he loved children and being able to watch him with our children has been a shining example of what fathers should be.

In celebration of Father’s Day I wanted to say a big thank you to both my father Lou, and my wonderful husband Will!

Thank You for being Fun

Fun and careless family moments make parenting so worth it!
I couldn't imagine parenting with someone who couldn't let their hair down and be a bit of a clown every once and a while!
