The Best $30 We Have Spent This SummerMolly Thornberg
We live in Texas and now I will tell you something that you probably already know… it’s HOT here. With 2 toddlers at home most days of the week, as well as our 2 older kids, we needed something for them to do outside of the house despite the high temperatures. Introducing… a cheap inflatable family swim pool. This is the best $30 we have spent this summer!
(Good news for you, Target has cut the price to $25!)
When I originally purchased the inflatable pool, it was intended for our toddlers, but the whole family has enjoyed this thing. I honestly didn’t expect it to last more than a week—and somehow it’s survived a month. (Though it could use a bit more air!)

It was only $30, but it's lasted us as month. Check out how my kids play with their inflatable family pool.

The water was just high enough for the truck to roll. I think they spent 2 hours that afternoon just splashing around in the water.

Izaiah moved the slide over to the pool. Zeke decided to try it out.
THAT’S COLD! 5 of 7
Zeke apparently didn't understand that even though it's hot outside, the water is freezing cold.
Water Water Everywhere 6 of 7
You may want to fill up the pool before you toddlers go outside. The boys are obsessed with the water hose so this day, the pool didn't get much water.

My 10 year old even loves this silly thing!
We have 2 dogs who love the kids sandbox, so knew this wouldn’t last leaving it in the backyard. We keep it inflated and have successfully stored the pool on our drive-way or in our garage, so that we can just pull it out whenever it’s time to swim.
If you are looking for a way to keep the kids cool despite the heat, the cheap inflatable family pool is worth it!
