While the hooligan likes to watch football in his tighty whities, your toddler will do any activity clad in a diaper. Hey, there is something refreshing and freeing about not wearing pants.

3: He challenges authority
The drunken hooligan will step up to a police officer with the same blind disregard for authority as an overly tired toddler to his parents at bedtime. A good nights sleep usually gives both parties some clarity.

4: She throws bottles
Okay, one is filled with beer, the other milk, but they both want the same thing: some attention and to let you know theyre feeling wild. Thankfully toddlers grow out of the bottle-throwing phase. Hooligans are in it for life.

5: He's a sore loser
Hooligans are notorious for causing damage and starting riots when the home team loses. Similarly, toddlers will throw a wailing fit when they lose a toy or have to wait in line for their turn.

6: She likes to play dress-up
The hooligan will dress up in his favorite teams colors or jersey and paint his face. Toddlers usually dont have an allegiance to a franchise sports team, yet, but prefer costumes of mythical creatures, firemen and, if nothing else is around, their parents clothing.

A fan running naked across a soccer field might get arrested for his attempt at two minutes of fame. Luckily toddler nudity is both legal and cute (as long as he grows out of it by middle school).

8: She likes to party in numbers
The bigger the crowd, the wilder the party. Two year-old birthday parties can be louder, crazier and more destructive than crowds at play-off games. The more toddlers (or hooligans) you have in the same room, the greater the odds youll be taking someone to the Emergency Room or putting out a fire.
