What's More Fun Than a Toddler with a Spoon?

OK, I can think of a few things that are a little more fun all of which are not quite as messy but still… How cute is that picture?

Little Bean ATTACKED the spoon this morning! I’ve given him food on a fork before but honestly, I’ve been avoiding the spoon. Meal times are mess inducing enough already. Just look at this. Seriously. I sweep 3 times a day!

But alas, he’ll never learn if I don’t give him a chance. I decided today was the day. I whipped up a batch of The Most Amazing Bowl of Oatmeal EVER (It REALLY is, you have to go check it out) for myself and put a little on the side for Little Bean.

He LOVED it and didn’t do half bad with the spoon either. Here’s a few photos from our breakfast adventure…

Note: This was not only his this is first time with a spoon but first time with a bit of Peanut Butter. So far so good. No reaction!
