Boston Travel News, Alerts & What You Need To Know Now

Boston TravelYesterday the unthinkable happened. I was sitting on a conference call, listening in when my friend messaged me, “Something horrible is happening in boston. Bomb.”

My heart dropped.

Of course I Googled it immediately and had to catch my breath. The horror, the unthinkable. An 8-year-old boy, gone. I couldn’t read on. I still can’t bring myself to read anymore. I won’t look at the photos. I won’t read on. I can’t.

This afternoon in the midst of my work-day I thought of something that I could do. Lord knows it isn’t much, but maybe just maybe this information will help someone. I’ve rounded up all the travel news and updates in the Boston area. From airlines and hotels waiving their fees to heightened security, it’s all here and if you have another tip or more information, please feel free to share and I will update this list.

Also? Go hug your kids. Tell your family that you love them. Life is so short…
