Spice Road Table: The New Moroccan Restaurant In Epcot World Showcase

0110ZW_0016MS-640x425Do you have plans on visiting Walt Disney World this year? If so, be sure to make your way to Epcot’s World Showcase,  because there’s a new restaurant in town and it looks amazing! Spice Road Table is the newest restaurant in Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort and is located in front of the Morocco pavilion overlooking the World Showcase lagoon. You can check out “IllumiNations: Reflections of the Earth” while you dine or relax!

The restaurant looks absolutely stunning and offers 120 outdoor terrace seats and 60 interior seats with cozy booths, beautiful tile work, tapestries, art and Moroccan light fixtures – it’s a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.

Speaking of taste buds, the restaurant will serve a vast array of small plate dishes including zesty harissa chicken drumettes; a Mediterranean omelet with sausage, potatoes and caramelized onion; mussels with preserved lemons and tomato sauce baked in an earthenware tagine pot; Moroccan merguez sausage with a fresh tomato salad; garlicky jumbo shrimp in a spicy chile pepper sauce.

0110ZW_0516MS-640x426Spice Road Table is the third restaurant in the Morocco pavilion, joining The Tangierine Café,  and Restaurant Marrakesh.
With a whitewashed façade, accented in icy shades of blue from the famous “Blue City” of Chefchaouen in Morocco’s Rif Mountains, The Spice Road Table’s exterior was inspired by the outdoor eateries in the Mediterranean.
There are no Advance Dining Reservations for Spice Road, this is a walk-up restaurant only.
