The beaches are deserted and our jackets are slowly being replaced by parkas, but that doesn’t mean we have to say goodbye to our swimsuits. Even though the cold weather has taken the place of the balmy days of July and August, there are plenty of properties that provide plenty of laughs and tons of fun for the entire family. Yes, I’m talking indoor water parks.
We’re big fans of Great Wolf Lodge and have taken our kids to the Niagara Falls location several times in an effort to escape the cold and snow. With the warm atmosphere and numerous water slides to choose from, it certainly feels as though you’ve run away to somewhere tropical.
Looking for a water park to visit this winter? I’ve rounded up 20 of the best locations both in the United States and Canada. Go forth and splash to your heart’s content, as these resorts have everything you need for a splashtastic vacation.
