Best Gluten-Free Dining Spots at Disneyland

Trying to maintain a gluten-free diet on vacation can be intimidating, but Disneyland does a great job of accommodating food allergies.  The best way to stay up-to-date on all food options in the park is to obtain the special gluten-free menu from City Hall on Main Street when you enter the park. It turns out that there are several options for eating gluten-free, and all of them are foods that kids are sure to enjoy.  From pizza to pasta, and burgers to waffles, here are the best bets for gluten-free eating in the Disneyland park.

  • Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port 1 of 6
    Redd Rockett's Pizza Port
    Redd Rockett's Pizza Port has done a great job catering to gluten-free diets, with two special selections: gluten-free pasta with a choice of sauces, and pizza served on a gluten-free crust.
  • The Village Haus 2 of 6
    The Village Haus
    The Pinocchio-themed Village Haus in Fantasyland is a popular lunch spot for families. There, you can choose from a hamburger, cheeseburger, or pastrami burger on a gluten-free bun, along with french fries. Make sure to request the special bun, and ask for fries to be cooked in the "fries only" fryer.
  • Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante 3 of 6
    Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante
    Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Frontierland serves up Mexican foot, which is usually a good option for the gluten-intolerant. You can ask for tacos and enchiladas to be served with a corn tortilla instead of flour. They also have grilled chicken and carne asada that can be served with rice.

    The Plaza Inn
    The Plaza Inn serves gluten-free pancakes upon request during breakfast hours a fun treat for kids on a gluten-free diet.
  • Tomorrowland Terrace 5 of 6
    Tomorrowland Terrace
    Tomorrowland Terrace has a number of options for gluten-free eating. For breakfast, they offer scrambled eggs and bacon served with potatoes. For lunch and dinner, you can request a hamburger. cheeseburger, or grilled chicken breast sandwich with a gluten-free bun and side of fresh fruit.
  • The Hungry Bear Restaurant 6 of 6
    The Hungry Bear Restaurant
    The Hungry Bear Restaurant in Critter's Corner is a fun stop for lunch. Those with gluten allergies can choose from a hamburger with a gluten-free bun, a watermelon chicken salad, or sweet-potato fries. Make sure to request the special bun, and ask for fries to be cooked in the "fries only" fryer.
