How to make a Cars-inspired side table

Do you have a Lightning McQueen, Mater or Cars Land fan in your family? Here’s an easy and budget-friendly way to make a Disney Cars-inspired end table that will delight your little one.

The video pretty much shows how in minutes you can do this table without having to be a craft maven. Andrea Gil, a spokesperson for Disney Parks, was kind enough to show each step involved, and now you can do it yourself. Watch the video here:

3 plastic cones (sold at hardware stores)

1 plastic or wood Route 66 sign (may be ordered online or do it yourself)

3 PVC pipes

Attach the PVC pipes to the sign using superglue or other strong adhesive in a triangular pattern. Allow to dry. Then line up the PVC pipes with the cones, and position so each pipe goes into one of the cone’s hole. Flip it over and add a small lamp or Disney Cars toys and see your child’s eyes light up.

If you end up doing this Cars-inspired project, please share pictures. I would love to see your creation!
