Old Navy, Give Me Love

Old Navy is the bomb, sucka!”

That was my son Grey’s response to seeing his new clothes, courtesy of Old Navy. I, hm, I have no idea. Five year old slang, courtesy of 1995, thank you.

Look, not everything can be timeless. Right now, though? Right now Old Navy has some killer, timeless styles in their Baby & Kid Sale for as low as $5!

Armed with $150 from Old Navy, we stocked up on a mix of classics and graphic t’s. My boys are 7 and 5, both in elementary school, and we generally alternate between graphic tees and polos, paired with jeans or khaki shorts. It’s my subtle nod to “School is fun! (yay graphic tees!) But I totally take it seriously. (look at my polo, people.)”

Then there’s my daughter. Two years old next month and she lives lives lives! in dresses. Yes, they are often muddy dresses, but they are dresses by her picking, nonetheless.

Now for some fun! Our attempt to entice you to visit the Old Navy Baby & Kid sale is…
wait for it… I swear you are going to faint from the awesome…

A music video!

The boys wrote and recorded this song with my husband’s help, just for you!
All clothes in this post and the video are from Old Navy, including the pajamas. Love.

(and by “wrote,” I mean that we edited it the way reality TV producers edit storylines: whatever it takes to make it make sense and make you laugh!)

Enjoy! Oooh and PLEASE leave a comment because the boys know how this works and can’t wait to check comments after school! Generous use of the word “cool” will be much appreciated. You have know idea.

You are the bomb.

This post is brought to you by Old Navy. Check out the Kids & Baby Sale in store with great deals starting at $5.

By the way, I bought our clothes both online and in-store. I have to give a huge thanks to our local Old Navy in Gulfport, Mississippi- your team was amazing and funny and made shopping a breeze! When I explained that I wanted kids’ jeans with “no whiskering, for the love of denim!” they laughed and delivered the goods.
