Monthly beauty subscription boxes are very popular now and days, and for good reason; it’s like Christmas every month. Also known as beauty sampling services, most subscription boxes offer a combination of full and sample sizes of top beauty products. Some products are brand spanking new and not even in stores yet.
Signing up for a monthly beauty subscription gives you the opportunity to sample new products without cluttering up your bathroom with full-sized bottles. If you’re anything like me, you have a well-stocked beauty department in your bathroom. Mine is now overflowing into my closet…
Many of the subscriptions average out to less than 20 bucks a month, but provide value of twice that or more. Buzzfeed broke down the total projected value for subscription boxes such as Birchbox, GlossyBox and Ispy. All of the boxes in question had a value greater than the cost per monthly subscription.
Long story short, if you’re looking to learn and experiment with various beauty brands, a beauty sampling service may be exactly what you need.
