DIY Lip Scrub 3 of 5

Vaseline and a cotton swab 4 of 5
This is the trick I use on my clients. First, apply the vaseline and let it sit there while you apply the rest of your makeup; doing this will give the vaseline a chance to soften the dead skin. Once you are done applying your makeup, take a cotton swab and gently rub in circular motions on your lips to remove dead skin. Apply your lip moisturizer or lipstick of choice.
Toothbrush scrub 5 of 5
Apply Vaseline to your lips and allow it to settle in for a minute or two, then take a soft toothbrush and scrub it in circular motions for 2 minutes or until you feel the dead skin has been removed. This will leave your lips extremely soft and plump! Follow with your lip balm of choice.
