5 “Radiant Orchid” Inspired Nail ColorsKate Bryan
As we entered into 2014, Pantone named “Radiant Orchid” the color of the year.
I couldn’t be more pleased with their choice. I love shades of violet, purple, and orchid. I think they look beautiful on nearly any skin tone. I also like that it’s versatile and can be worn year round. If you aren’t interested in wearing the color on your face, or in your wardrobe, I’d suggest finding a nail polish that’s inspired by the shade.
For wintertime, stick with rich, dark hues of orchid. And as you move into spring and summer, the lighter more “lilac” shades will be a perfect nail color.
