Come January I find that there are a lot of new high-speed blender owners out there – aka folks who have purchased a Vitamix or BlendTec blender. A high speed blender is a genius kitchen tool that will not only help you make numerous healthy, delicious recipes – but it is also fun to use! Pricey, but well worth the investment. And Vitamix love is contagious. True story, my mom spent a few days housesitting for me and fell in love with my Vitamix – enough to buy her very own.
