10 Fresh & Skinny Spring Salads

With the bounty of summer upon us it is time to start eating salads. Lots and lots of salads. I am not saying we should deprive ourselves by eating only salad. I am saying we should enjoy all of the amazing and delicious vegetables and fruits we have at our fingertips. All of these leafy greens, colorful fruits, and crunchy vegetables add up to make gorgeous salads that are both nutritious and delicious. On top of being healthy they are also the kind of foods that help keep you skinny since they are low calorie by nature. There are no artificial ingredients or tricks to it.
