I love good Mexican breakfast foods they are often filling and always delicious! Traditional Mexican flavors tend to compliment classic breakfast foods like eggs and potatoes nicely, and traditional Mexican breakfast recipes are just plain tasty!

As the school year gets going and schedules get busier, it’s nice to really savor the weekend as a family. Take the time on Saturday or Sunday morning to make breakfast together, and go with a Mexican theme to add a little spice to the family weekend!
