10 Super Easy 3-Ingredient Holiday Cookie Recipes

This week I’m going to start making my first round of holiday cookies for a food blogger holiday cookie exchange. Then in a few weeks, I’m doing a second phase of cookies to be mailed off to friends and family, and right before Christmas will be my third and final phase of cookie making for local friends, neighbors and family. It’s going to be a very busy cookie making season, so I need to be able to save as much time in the kitchen as possible. To keep things simple, yet still homemade, I sometimes will make a few semi-homemade cookies to make things easier on myself that take advantage of pre-prepared refrigerated cookie dough, like the Sparkling Hazelnut Cookies shown above.

All these cookies use Pillsbury refrigerated cookie doughs plus 2 more ingredients to make quick and easy holiday cookies that are done in minutes.
