This weekend we’re getting ready to carve our pumpkins for Halloween. We always wait for the week before so that they last until Halloween night. My favorite part, however, is by far the pumpkin seeds, and I think it ranks right up there for my kids, too, who have asked no less than 10 times when we get to roast them.
