14 Celebratory Sips to Ring In the New Year – Even With the Kids

It is almost here! Just a few more days until everyone will be celebrating a New Year, 2014. There will be festivities all over the world as one ball after another drops. Why don’t you plan a simple party to celebrate at your house? My friends and I have included recipes for 14 celebratory sips to help you and your friends ring in the New Year. Most of these can be non-alcoholic so the kids can celebrate with you, too.

Hers is a delicious honey of a whisky sour made with honey syrup, whisky, orange and lemon juice.  To make this drink kid-friendly, omit the alcohol, add more orange and lemon juice, and add sparkling white grape juice instead of alcohol.
