14 Smoothie Recipes for a Slim and Trim 2014

A goal, resolution, or wish, whichever you want to call it, for 2014 is to be more healthy and more slim and trim. Who doesn’t want that? So, to achieve that goal, I wanted something that would be nutritious yet delicious, filling but not fattening, provide energy and also that the kids would enjoy. To me, the perfect solution was smoothies.  I love them and the flavors are endless.  This is also an easy way for the entire family to get their fruits and vegetables in.
