With our busy schedules, my family is going in different directions some mornings, but we still need a nutritious and great-tasting breakfast to start our day off right. Breakfast sandwiches have saved the day more times that I can count!

I know how important eating breakfast is for my son as well as the rest of us. It kick-starts the day, and with it we are more productive, more energetic and more mentally alert throughout the day. Kids pay more attention in class and tend to do better on tests if they have a healthy breakfast (well, at least that holds true at my house)!

These great breakfast sandwich ideas make it so much easier to make that healthy breakfast for my on-the-go family, or for times when we can all sit down to eat together.
