12 Iron Skillet Desserts

I remember the first time I saw a recipe for a cake made in a cast iron skillet and thinking how odd it sounded. My cast iron skillet was used for savory dinner dishes like chicken and fish, not sweet treats. I decided to give it a try and I’m oh so glad I did. I’ve never looked back and use my skillet to cook all kinds of desserts and you should too. That’s why I’ve put together 12 recipes to satisfy every sweet tooth.
