As we ease into January, I’m looking forward to the slower pace of life freezing temperatures bring. And one of my favorite things to do in cold weather is cook up a filling, warm oatmeal breakfast. Whether that means a quick pot of stovetop oats or a fruit-laden baked oatmeal, I love the warmth and sustenance a warm and satisfying breakfast brings giving you and yours an enjoyable moment at the breakfast table and the energy to fight the cold or play in the snow.
