    Avocado toast is so easy to make and is always a huge kid favorite. To make it, you'll need several toasted baguette slices, an avocado, a teaspoon of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon. Mash those ingredients together with a fork, and then add the following spices: 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seed, and 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper.

    To assemble the toasts, spread the avocado mixture on toasted baguette slices. Add a twist of pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon to the finished toasts.

Pulse to combine the tomatoes with 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped basil or parsley, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, and 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper. Add the reserved tomato water as need to thin mixture.

    To serve your sun-dried tomato pesto crostini, spread the pesto on toasted baguette slices and garnish with cherry tomato halves, parsley sprigs, and a drizzle of olive oil.
