7 Perfect Pickle Recipes

My family’s favorite Sunday brunch place is a little place called Pickles. They have lots of delicious breakfast and lunch items, but our favorite part of the restaurant is the pickles. They always bring a big assortment of pickles to the table as an appetizer. There are refrigerator pickles, sour pickles, garlic pickles and regular ole kosher pickles. They are so good, and a much healthier little snack than most restaurants that bring bread.

My favorite pickles to make at home are refrigerator pickles. They’re quick and easy, and you can add just about any type of seasoning to them. Here I have gathered a few really great looking refrigerator pickle recipes, as well as several other perfect looking pickle recipes.

Looking for something even simpler? Fill a plastic food storage container with cucumber slices. Add a big bunch of fresh dill, torn. Pour over white vinegar until all the cucumber slices are submerged. Add salt, pepper and a little agave syrup or honey. Cover with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate at least 4 hours. If you don’t want your pickles so vinegary, add half water and half vinegar.
