Ingredients:

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (4-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Spray a 6-quart crockpot with nonstick baking spray. Mix cake mix, 1 cup milk, melted butter, and eggs together. Pour into crockpot. In a second bowl, stir together pudding, remaining milk, and chocolate chips. Pour this mixture over the cake batter in the crockpot.
