9 Healthy Lettuce Wrap Recipes

Trying to hold onto our New Year’s resolutions is becoming increasingly difficult for us all. Most of this month, my family has been eating soups, and now I’m ready for a change. I want something that’s still low cal, but also fun. That’s when I thought of lettuce wraps. Lettuce wraps are really versatile. You don’t have to have the traditional ground meat and rice. You can add whatever you like to a crisp lettuce leaf, and wrap it up. One of the ideas below that I can’t wait to try are the buffalo wraps.

Here’s 9 fun and healthy lettuce wrap recipes to try.
