A Simple Sweet Green Juice Recipe
1-2 cups greens (spinach, kale, chard..)
1/2 cup grapes OR 1 small pear
1 cup coconut water (or water) – (add more to thin out texture)
1 orange or large satsuma, peeled
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
dash cayenne or grate of fresh ginger root (optional)
add in a 1/4 avocado or 1/2 banana for a creamier texture!
Blend very well and serve!
