This year, we’re rethinking our traditional Thanksgiving table, and experimenting with simpler, healthier side dishes. Recently, I remembered these domino potatoes that I made last year, and thought they might be great with sweet potatoes. I ended up with a terrific savory side dish, with crisp edges, fragrant herbs, and a hint of sweetness from the sweet potatoes.
These roast sweet potatoes are a cinch to make, and you can even make them ahead of time and reheat just before serving. An easy peasy Thanksgiving? You bet.
